[Mastery Connect] School Level Formatives

Problem statement:

We need an easier way to track school level formative assessments from the School Admin and Instructional Coach Admin roles.

Proposed solution:

We would like to see an option in Mastery Connect for the development and distribution of school-level formative assessments that could be distributed by the School Admin/Instructional Coach Admin roles, similar to the capability of district admins in distributing district level formatives. This would be incredibly useful for common formative assessments used in our departments and grade levels.
