Message Students Who...with more than 100%

Currently, the Messages Students Who percentage range only allows between 0% and 100%. Some faculty award extra credit and would have students with scores greater than 100%. The instructor is not able to message these students currently.

Hi  @Tasha_Biesinger , 

You should be able to message  those  students with above  100%. Just adjust the upper bounds in the score range to whatever would cover all the students. We default to 0% & 100%, but you can set bounds below or above. 

We'll take a  look at  the UI and  see if there  is something we can do help.

When we use the 'message students who' for the course average (the envelope to the right of the area to add a section, student, assignment) and enter a value higher than 100% into the upper range entry field, the value reverts back to 100% when the focus moves away from the upper range entry field. This is preventing us from capturing students with more than 100%.

Interestingly, it works fine if we use the same feature on a specific assignment.

Hi Kevin, I want to bump this once more. While your answer works for messaging students who from an individual assignment box, it is not correct when you are messaging students who from the overall course average box. It would be super fabulous if the course average 'message students who' were updated to function the same as the feature on a specific assignment!
