I am setting up a 15-item multiple-choice test using Canvas New Quizzes, with the questions divided into three topics, say 5 questions per topic (T1, T2, T3).
I would like to know if it’s possible to group the questions by topic within Canvas (and how to do so) and to generate an individualised report for each student to download. Ideally, the report would display their total test score, score for each topic, as well as class-level statistics, such as the mean and standard deviation for each topic.
Is this possible at all?
Hello,
Unfortunately this is not an option in Canvas at this time. The closest you can get to something like this with the options currently available would be to create 3 separate question/item banks and quizzes to keep those questions separate. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Thanks!
