How do I restrict when correct answers are shown?

I don't want my students to have access to the correct answers until a few days after the quiz is due. You could do that in "old" quizzes, but apparently not so anymore in New Quizzes. Is this option still available in New Quizzes? If so, where?

While I don't think that setting a date like this can currently be done in New Quizzes, I was able to find an existing Idea and Theme that has been submitted that you might want to bookmark and follow. As you can see, the Idea has been "Identified" and added to a larger overall Theme. I'll link to both here for you:
