Can an instructor see what question(s) a student flags during an examination after submitting a New Quiz on Canvas.
I am able to pull up the "View Log" showing the students start time, end time as well and changing answers but I do not see if they flag a question.
Thank you
Hi @KristinLeonard1,
I don't think that info is available. My perspective as a Canvas admin is that the question bookmarking/flagging is a feature specifically designed to assist students while they are taking an exam. I can see how it may be helpful to a teacher to know which questions were flagged (maybe that means they are more difficult, poorly written, need revision, etc), but with privacy n mind I think I'd only be comfortable with those stats being reported in an aggregated way and not tied to any particular student/attempt log.
You could certainly submit this as an idea and see if it would get added to Canvas at some point in the future.
I hope this helps a bit.

@KristinLeonard1 Currently, Canvas doesn’t have a built-in feature that allows instructors to see which specific questions a student flags during an exam. While you can view details like the start time, end time, and any changes to answers via the "View Log," the flagging of questions itself isn't recorded in a way that can be accessed after the test is submitted.
