Students are logging into a Canvas Quiz and it is currently taking most of them over 5 minutes to load. School WiFi seems to be operating just fine on all other websites. I have already cleared browsing history and all that WiFi troubleshooting stuff. This is my first time using a Canvas Quiz and I'm wondering if there are any specific reasons that might cause this?
This is happening to us as well, and we have isolated it to just New Quizzes at our institution at least.
We are experiencing the same issues in Georgia right now, but we have been using New Quizzes for over two years now without this issue. Waiting for response from Instructure about the issue.

Sorry to hear you and other users are having trouble with long load times in New Quizzes. Is Respondus Lockdown Browser being used with these quizzes? If so there is a known issue about this and we are working on a fix.
