Unable to add badge

Hello, I got a badge from Practera for internship completion on my university email. I have been trying to add the badge here using my LinkedIn profile as admin approval from uni is required for using that email which i can not get. So how do i move forth?

It sounds like you are wondering about an external badge award that was awarded outside of Canvas.

If you were awarded that Badge from Practera, Canvas Badges Support would not have the ability to view the requirements to earn the badge.

However, if you are able to sign into badgr.com using that email, you could try adding that badge to your backpack.
