Infinite Campus grades and Canvas grades not the same after syncing

My overall grades for students don't match their overall grade in Infinite Campus after syncing grades from Canvas to IC. The percentages are approximately 1% off. How do I fix this?

I do not have experience with grade passback between Canvas and Infinite Campus but I have a few things for you to consider.

1. Have you made sure that everything in your Canvas course has a grade?
2. Have you followed the instructions in How do I sync my course gradebook from Canvas to Infinite Campus SIS??
3. Have you reached out to your institution's Canvas team and asked for help? Maybe there is a larger issue going on.
