NCCERConnect (Pearson) Grades not syncing correctly with Canvas

I am using Canvas integration with NCCERConnect (Pearson). I am having trouble with the grades not being synced correctly from NCCERConnect into Canvas. I have spoken with Pearson and they have looked over my settings and they say it is not an issue on their end.

For example:

Student A completed Module 7 Review on NCCERConnect and scored a 100%, however when the grade is synced with Canvas the Canvas gradebook is showing that the same student received a 2 out of 10 on their assignment. This has happened with every student for multiple assignments.
