We provided a rubric to students to do a Peer Review.  There is no timestamp when the student completes the rubric.  The only way to get a timestamp is for the reviewer to add a Submission Comment.  PLEASE ADD A TIMESTAMP TO THE COMPLETED PEER REVIEW.
