Hi @SarahGandolfo,

I just wanted to pass along that as of late last year, your local Canvas team (usually in the eLearning / IT / Digital Education areas) can add up to three custom gradebook statuses in Canvas.  This should solve your need, assuming the Canvas team agrees with the need for that status for everyone at your school/institution.
