For example a user whose account is suspended, however their enrollment status in a course is active - do they receive notifications, such as when an assessment is marked?
- If you are referring to the `Suspend This User` option in a User's User Details page, they will not get any notifications since the suspension is applied to their Login Information, that's tied to their Contact Information where we send out the notifications. - Generally, a student's enrollment status defines their Course Participation. In this case, they will not receive any notification from a course that their enrollment has been concluded. Additionally, they will be taken off of the Course's Roster List in the People page. At the same time, their name in the Sections, via the Course Settings page, will be moved to the Completed Enrollments List.
