Has anyone had any success with integrating BlueJeans with Canvas? I've been able to get as far as installing it but get stuck at the authentication part.
Bluejeans has a great user guide that I've been working from (see BlueJeans Canvas integration) but their support has been slow, which is totally fair since I can imagine how busy they are.
Steps I took -
1. I created a new access token as an admin and sent it to them on their request. They then sent me the Consumer Key and Shared Secret.
2. I went to Admin > Settings > Apps then + App. I selected Paste XML (for some custom code to hide it by default)
and added the key, secret and custom code. Saved.
3. Went to BlueJeans on the Admin panel, clicked "Authenticate" and a new window blinked on the screen briefly. I tried clicking authenticate a couple more times before finally getting an "Invalid Credentials" error. (see BlueJeans authentication error video walkthrough)
Potential Issues
Any thoughts or suggestions would be a huge help! I've also reached out to Canvas support but they pretty much said it's a BlueJeans issue.

Quick update on this issue: It turned out that I needed to enable the developer key on the Canvas side for BlueJeans. To resolve, I went to the Admin Panel > Developer Keys > Inherited > Turn BlueJeans on. Here is a screenshot
Our school does not use BlueJeans, so I am unfamiliar with this LTI. I do suspect you somehow hinked the XML with your modification, but I am going to share your question with the Canvas Developers group where I hope you can find more specific help.

@kacie_cleary , our BlueJeans LTI tool is configured the same way as yours: a tool configuration deployed using Paste XML with <lticm:property name="default">disabled</lticm:property> (good choice!).
I'm not enough of a macOS user to eyeball which web browser is shown in your screencast. But I'll guess it needs to allow third-party cookies and/or cross-site tracking, as well as pop-up windows from canvaslms.bluejeansint.com. I really hope BlueJeans redesigns that first-time authorization so that it no longer requires a browser pop-up.
Thanks Rob!
I hadn't thought of that before that it could be a browser issue. I just
updated my Chrome settings to allow pop-ups from canvaslms.bluejeansint.com
but it still seems to be generating the same error (I also cleared my cache
after updating the settings)
Out of curiosity, I also tried in Safari and on my phone (iOS) but the same
behavior occurred. That said, I really like this theory and I'm wondering
if it needs to be white listed somehow? I'm on my home WiFi and haven't
been able to try a different connection. I'm going to continue trying
different browser/internet connection settings to see if something finally
works.
Thanks for your help!

FYI, BlueJeans has just agreed to be acquired by Verizon.

Oh! That admin UI didn't exist when we got started, so I never thought to look there. Thanks so much, @kacie_cleary , for updating us. (Now I have something to bring to our LTI/Developer governance committee!)
