Canvas 24/7 support is not taking calls. I have faculty who cannot login. The answering machine says they have to use Chat to login. Where is the Chat? Where is a link?

Hi @twilliamson ,
I'm sorry to hear that your faculty members are having difficulty getting through to our Support agents. As I'm sure you can imagine we are experiencing very high call volumes. Currently the wait for instructors is about seven minutes. If your instructors cannot login and access chat, waiting on hold is unfortunately the next fastest way to reach Support. Barring that they can email support@instructure.com but please be aware our agents will answer calls before responding to email.
