[ARCHIVED] Canvas Not Seen by Students Even though It Says Published

Students can't see their course even though I have the dates correct and have a green published check showing published. Please advise.

Hi @tfs2114 Welcome to the Canvas Community!
Hard to diagnose remotely, do you have a Canvas Admin and Support Department you can contact for your school? I checked the Virginia Community Colleges website, but could find nothing specific. You could search your own school's website for a link to Canvas Support.
- Have your Canvas admins set the "Term" correctly? How do I use the Terms page in an account?
- Do the Term dates accurately reflect when students should be able to participate in courses? How do I add a new term in an account?
