When you cross-list two or more courses together (How do I cross-list a section in a course as an instructor?), you are essentially moving all enrollments (students and instructors) from one course to another. So, if you have two courses (A and B), and you cross-list them together so that all enrollments feed into course A, you will not see course B any more because your enrollment has moved to course A. You can go into the "People" page of course "B" and see all the enrollments separated out by section. If you de-cross-list two or more courses, then the enrollments should return to how they originally were set up in Canvas. How do I de-cross-list a section in a course as an instructor?.
