Your question and description do not match, so I'll give some links to both quiz answers and quiz results. And you did not indicate if you are using Quizzes or New Quizzes.
This is for Quizzes:
If by quiz answers you mean the answer key, here's some advice: Print Quiz Answer Key
If by quiz results you mean the quiz statistics (item analysis of which answers were selected), then the regular CTRL + P should work when you're on the screen with the results.
Once I publish a quiz, what kinds of quiz statistics are available?
And finally if by quiz answers, you really mean the answer choices, then there are a couple of resources (in addition to the feature idea) on how to print a quiz (not New Quiz) from Canvas:
Print Canvas Quizzes UserScript - install on your browser
Printable Quizzes code-snippet - bookmark on your browser
Canvas Quiz Printer - Chrome extension - install on your Chrome
Hope these resources help,
Cheers - Shar
Hello Bradford,
This would be a great feature which many in the Canvas Community are talking about.
Here is the link to the published "Idea" from which you may up vote for future consideration by the Canvas development team.

I hope this gives you some answers. Don't hesitate to reach out to the Canvas Community. There are wonderful and knowledgable people here ready to help :-).
All the very best,
Brandon

If you would like to print a completed quiz just highlight the quiz starting from Question 1 and highlighting the whole quiz, then right-click and either print or print to pdf. I think they look pretty nice. Canvas Quiz Printer doesn't work with completed (answered) quizzes
