5. Clear expectations are provided regarding appropriate behaviours and etiquette for communication via email and discussion boards.
6. Are you provided with course specific technology requirements and instructions if available?
7. Is it easy to locate pre-requisite information for this course?

9. It is clear what has to be done online and what has to be done face to face?

Technology
1. Are the tools used in the course intuitive and easy to use?
2. Are the tools required in the course readily available?

4. Does the course make you aware of privacy policies for all external tool?
5. Are there support and help links for all technologies used in the course?
6. Are there alternatives available where a third party digital tool (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) is used, and you don’t want to to sign up to use of the tool?
7. Does the course explain information on protecting your data and privacy?
Accessibility
1. Is text on webpages formatted clearly bullet points, numbered lists, indented text where appropriate?
2. Are links on webpages descriptive?
3. Do you find the colour scheme appropriate?
4. Do the images have descriptive alternative text?
5. Are the digital literacy skills required for this course clearly stated?
6. Are tables cells on content pages are designated as row and/or column headers to allow screen readers to read table cells in the correct order?
