Canvas Catalog Registration REPLACE ME checkbox

When trying to buy a course in Canvas you are required to create an account and log in. 

On the registration page there is a checkbox that says:

I agree to the REPLACE ME policy. 

There is no link and no explanation of what this means. What is it? Is it a mistake?

Our Catalog instance doesn't have that. You should ask your CSM team.

I think you're referring to the checkbox show in step 2, register for an account: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Catalog/How-do-I-enroll-in-a-Catalog-course-or-program-lis...which should be connected to the policies users need to agree to when creating an account.

Our catalog instance has the same wording as the guide I linked, so definitely ask your CSM about it! 😃

I just realized that must be a User Defined Field that was added to your Catalog.
