For those of you who have Catalog listings with lots of enrollments, I'm wondering how you manage them. We have a new "self-paced" continuous enrollment course that is racking up the enrollments. We're up to 500 for the first month and it shows no sign of slowing down. Does anyone know how high enrollments can go for a single Catalog listing? Are there problems with enrollments in the thousands? Also, would it be beneficial to copy the course and relist it after a certain amount of time?
@dljoyork we have classes in the thousands and the only things we have noticed is speedgrader and the grade book become slow. Some of our courses are over 15,000 enrollments.
I would suggest creating a new listing for each course.
Since our courses are continuous enrollment, we won't have a new course until we decide to make one.
@dljoyork ok. I would recommend reaching out to support since this is all the help I can provide from our experience.
