When launching the scientific calculator in a New Quizzes quiz the focus is moved to the button to grab and move the calculator. This results in the screen reader announcing “select to move with arrow keys” instead of announcing that the scientific calculator has launched first. A user using a screen reader is not informed what they are moving or that the calculator has launched. Similarly, when closing the calculator with Esc nothing announces that the calculator has closed. Focus simply just shifts to the calculator button by the question in the quiz.
Needs to properly announce to screenreaders that the calculator is available and let them use the tool appropriately. Similarly, allow them to close the calculator when finished.
