[Analytics] Personalize the "Message students who..." content in New Analytics

In the New Analytics tool it would be very useful to be able to personalize the content of the messages to include the student's name. For example:

Hello {{First_Name}}, I wanted to congratulate you on completing the research paper on time. Great work!

For bonus points, you could include the ability to insert the student's score:

Hello {{First Name}}, congratulation on scoring {{%_SCORE}} on the research paper on time. Great work!

This capability would support the notion that personalized feedback is more effective then generalized feedback.
