[Assignments] Add Student Names when Using Edit Bulk Course Tasks

Problem statement:

Instructors who are currently using the Bulk Edit tool from the Assignments page are finding that unique changes are difficult to manage as they don't see a student's name and are unsure who they are editing when changing these settings. An improvement to this interface would make these exceptions to the assignment available to the teacher from that window. It would definitely be a time saver to have this work efficiently.

Proposed solution:

To use the Bulk Editing Assignments tool so that changes can be made easier for individual changes
