[Assignments] Assignment Late Submission Popup Notification with Clear Explanation

Where an Assignment's availability is the same as the deadline, and a student tries to make a late submission it shows a popup error message, which would be better phrased, but where the availability is later than the deadline and a student makes a late submission, it does not present a popup stating that the submission is is being made late.

Can both show popups with the former stating that submissions are not accepted and the latter that the submission is being accepted but is being submitted late?
