[Catalog] Hide currency value for non-charged items

Problem statement:

We have multiple use-cases for display of Canvas courses in the Catalog, one of which is for internal self-directed learning. Please allow us the option to remove the cost from the display.

Proposed solution:

Where we have non-charged courses, and would like our users to be able to access them directly through a sub-catalog display, it does not make sense to display [$0] to them. Please allow us the option of a non-charged item that does not display a currency value here to make for a better experience for our students to be able to access the catalog listed items that we can market to them through the catalogs, but do not and never will attract a charge.

Here is a good example of something in a catalog we would like to offer to our community for self-directed co-curricular learning, it's not appropriate for this to have [$0 Enrol] where it's being provided by the University free of charge. Please allow us to remove $0 from the listing by choice.
