As was the case with many settings pages in Canvas, often the user had to scroll to the bottom of the page (if they remembered to) to save an update to settings. This continues to be true on a few settings related pages within Canvas.
This issue has been fixed with recent (June, 2024) enhancements to Course Settings and Account Settings screens. I would propose that, in addition to the sticky footer that is now at the bottom of the Settings > Course Details page, there should also be one on: *Course Settings > Navigation page; *For Admins, Settings > Notifications, and *Settings > Admins (although perhaps the best answer for the +Admins button is to place it at the top of the page where that sort of Add New button tends to always be in Canvas.)
