[Courses] Sort by number of students

Problem statement:

As an Admin when I am looking for courses to spot check I would like to be able to sort the list of courses displayed for a SubAccount by the number of students. I end up needing to go through multiple pages of courses to find the large courses and it seems odd that the other headings are sortable, except for Students (and Publish status)

Proposed solution:

Please make Students a sortable column (sort ascending/descending) so that I can easily find the large courses for spot checking and troubleshooting issues as an Admin.
