[Discussions] Print option for Discussion Redesign

Problem statement:

With the new discussion design you can only print what you can see onscreen like a screenshot. It used to until the update. Now there is no way around this and I rely on having the information in front of me. IT said this is due to a scroll bar inside the page now. Imagine taking a screenshot on your computer and that is what tries to print.

Proposed solution:

Please fix or allow to be able to print the Initial post instructions, Response post instructions, and rubric like you would a normal page. When you hit print the whole page pops up from top to bottom. This way you have all of the instructions printed properly instead of piece by piece.

Like I said, I rely heavily on being able to see the instructions of what I am supposed to be posting instead of scrolling back and forth or from page back to page.

As of 8-26-2024 now I can't even print the response instructions because the scroll bar doesn't allow for it to got that far down. PLEASE I am begging you, fix this! Please!! Last term I missed things I was supposed to do and I dont miss them when the instructions are in front of me. Luckily it wasn't a huge deal but now I have to go back to the discussion screen 6+ times just to make sure I am doing it all right. Please make the instructions printable again! Please!
