The name and description of LTI applications must be able to change according to the user's language of navigation. 

Need

Allow the Page Name field to be entered in different languages when adding an external tool in the course.

Why

Institutions can have courses in different languages and allow users to see the name of the external tool correctly in their language.

Advantages

The name displayed in the course is clear, otherwise it can be confusing if the language is different. 

It has coherence to the navigation and usability of the course. 

It helps the course to be understood by all users.

El nombre y la descripción de las aplicaciones LTI deben poder cambiar en función del idioma de navegación del usuario 

Necesidad

Permitir ingresar en diferentes idiomas el campo Nombre de la Página cuando se añade una herramienta externa en el curso.

¿Por qué?

Las instituciones pueden tener cursos en diferentes idiomas y permite que los usuarios vean el nombre de la herramienta externa correctamente en su idioma.

Ventajas

Claridad en el nombre desplegado en el curso de lo contrario se puede prestar para confusiones si el idioma es diferente. 

Otorga coherencia a la navegación y usabilidad del curso. 

Facilita la comprensión por parte de todos los usuarios al curso.
