[Gradebook Settings] Default for Unpublished Assignments

In our school district we have been utilizing the TCC (thin common cartridges) for each of the textbooks.  Teachers load these entire textbooks into their course and when they go to the gradebook, because there are so many "unpublished" assignments from the TCC, their gradebook never loads unless they click on the view and unselect the unpublished assignments.  We would like the gradebook to default to only show published assignments.
