[Grades] Student Grades Page shows grades by percentage even though our grading scheme does not

Problem statement:

The see grades page that students use to check their grades for all of they course shows the grade as a percentage. Our school does not use percentages, but rather a 4 point scale. This is reflected in the course gradebook, but not on the splash page with all of the student's grades.

Proposed solution:

Have this overall grade page reflect the grading scheme of the school.
