[Groups] Student Group Leader Notification

Currently, assigned student group leaders are identified as the leader by a small icon next to their name.  Many students are not aware of the meaning of the icon and the wrong group members end up submitting the assignment instead of the leader. When the group is created and the leader assigned, it would be helpful if the student roles were clearly visible on the individual group home pages and a Canvas message sent to the leader, informing them of their role.
