[Learning Mastery Gradebook] Learning Mastery Gradebook UI improvement

I've been using the Learning Mastery Gradebook for years, and only just discovered the export feature.  I still sometimes get lost in the Learning Mastery display, unable to find the button to switch back to the default Gradebook view.

Please move the export and switch view options in the Learning Mastery Gradebook to locations similar to those for the default Gradebook.
