[Mobile - Canvas Parent] Add navigation to Parent App

Please add navigation menu to the parent app (home, announcements, modules, grades). Otherwise, parents have to dig through the course to see these menu options.

Also, if a teacher has modules set as their homepage, the Parent app only displays grades -- NOTHING ELSE!

This prevents parents from observing assignments, modules, announcements, etc.
