With the new implementation of enhanced discussion posts, we are allowed in speed grader to view student posts, view previous replies and next replies. All are done easily on a web based desktop/laptop, and somewhat on an iPad. However, on a mobile phone, using Canvas Teacher app, this is not available. Using speed grader provides small and awkward buttons which do not work well for providing comments and grades while on the go. As teachers, we frequently grade from remote locations, and this update without app update makes working away from the office slow and inefficient.
Please build n update for the Canvas Teacher app which allows for student discussions to be easily navigated and graded, allowing toggling through comments/replies and allowing for teacher discussions. This enhancement would make teacher grading via phone efficient as it used to be.
