[New Analytics] Add Outcomes to New Analytics Graphs and Reports

As users of standards-based grading, we would like to be able to do the following in New Analytics:

• See a graph (and data table) of students' progress toward mastery of outcomes (individually and collectively)

• Run a report that shows students' progress toward mastery of outcomes
  

We use trend analysis for our standards-based grading, so seeing the students' progress over time would help tremendously!

I second this request!  Both our instructors and assessment team could really benefit from this feature, and it would be an additional incentive for more widespread adoption of Outcomes in Canvas.
