Currently, Instructure documentation states that TA in a course cannot access Item Banks shared with the course: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-share-an-item-bank-in-New-Quizzes/ta-p/... "Item banks shared to a course are only viewable to admins or instructors enrolled in the course." We would like the ability to allow users with the TA role to have access to Item Banks that have been shared with the course where they are a TA.
Create a permission that allows/disallows access to Item Banks shared with courses. This would allow institutions to control whether the TA role can access the Item Bank(s) shared with a course.
