[New Quizzes] Have non-graded questions/answers in quizzes

It would be nice to have required, but non-graded/evaluated responses in quizzes. For example, I like to use quizzes as exit-tickets or quick check-for-understandings where I ask a content specific question followed with an open ended response where I want students to explain their reasoning to justify why their answer is the correct answer. This justification portion is really for my own data to know how to guide the next lesson so I don't want to grade students on it. I mark it as 0. HOWEVER, I still have to go through and grade it since it is an essay question in order for the student score to show up in the gradebook and for it to stop showing up in my TO-Do list as something that needs to be graded.

Also- I don't want students to know that this is not being graded as it is essential for them to be able to communicate their reasoning and justification.
