[New Quizzes] Need a way to test a quiz that is being created/modified while the class is active

Problem statement:

If you are adding/modifying an upcoming assignment while the course is active there is no way to test is because Student View won't allow you to run it because the 'Available From Date' has not been reached yet and if I change that then it will also make it available to all the students even thought it is not ready for them.

Proposed solution:

Either: 1) Allow you to change the quiz/assignment date(s) for the 'Test Student' just like you could any other student. 2) Ignore the 'Available From Date' when you are in 'Student View'
