[New Quizzes] New Quiz Tool: Bulk Add Questions to an Item Bank

When an instructor migrates a quiz using the option on the quiz page in Canvas, the questions will only exist in the quiz. In order to get the questions in an item bank, the instructor must edit each question to add the question to an item bank. This process will become tedious fast! It would be nice to have a bulk add option in quiz to add the questions to item bank.

Problem statement:

If I want to add items to an item bank, it seems that I have to add them one a time, each requiring multiple clicks. This would work even better if the questions added to a "Stimulus" were attached permanently in the item bank. I see from discussion that this was proposed in 2024, but it looks like four years later the feature has still not been implemented, notwithstanding the large amount of support for this feature.

Proposed solution:

The solution would consist of adding an item to the "Copy" menu of a quiz. Instead of just being able to copy it to a module, you should also be able to copy it to an item bank.

Problem statement:

1. When copying multiple questions from one item bank to another new or existing item bank, I have to copy each question individually or else duplicate the entire item bank and then delete unwanted questions individually. This is tedious and unproductive. 2. In prior revisions of Canvas, the item bank selected in the drop-down menu when copying questions from one item bank to another would remain in the selection box each time until changed. Now, I have to find and reselected the item bank I want to copy the question into every single time I want to copy another question. This is also tedious and unproductive.

Proposed solution:

1. Can you create a group copy feature where multiple questions can be selected and copied into a new or existing item bank in one transaction? This would save a lot of time and effort. 2. Can this be changed back?
