Problem statement:

It is difficult to track exactly how many students received a certain grade on a Quiz, as it only shows the X-axis in the Quiz and Item Analysis interface.

Proposed solution:

Add a y axis to track how many students received a certain grade for a particular assignment.

With the new Quiz and Item Analysis report, we introduced students count in the Score Distribution chart.
