Being able to change names of courses is related to the Courses - Manage/Update permission. We do NOT want our subaccount admins to be able to change names of courses as this can cause issues with searching up a course at a later date, but also be able to change settings in a course as needed. We have a lot of SIS-generated courses that need to have consistent naming for us to be able to blueprint, run scripts, etc. The permission of changing names needs to be more granular and separated from other settings.
Courses - Manage/Update needs to be more granular to allow for specific permissions to be active but other permissions to be turned off. For example, allowing subaccount admins to access and change settings, but not change names or term dates. This would allow our subaccount admins to be able to facilitate courses.
