[Rich Content Editor] Make YouTube videos not show a preview by default

Problem statement:

Currently if you paste a youtube link directly into the text editor, not through insert > link or the external link tool, it automatically makes it a hyperlink. This is great. The issue is after you save it, when you view, it puts this little preview below the link that isn't visible in the editor, so it can make the rest of your pages formatting off.

Proposed solution:

Don't do this.

example below. The way we want it to look is on top. Had to use the link tool to add the link to make it work. I added the embed code myself to get the reasonably-sized preview/player. 

The second link I just pasted the URL into the text editor, hit space so it auto-linked, and saved. It put this ugly tiny video payer in.
