[SIS] Include SIS ID on Course Pairing Code Export

For the purpose of emailing parents their child's unique pairing code, it would be ideal if the Export Pairing Codes utility on the People page included the students' SIS ID in the export file. This would enable us to more accurately and quickly match students with corresponding contact information exported from our SIS using the VLOOKUP function in Excel.

Agreed, and add the Integration ID and email address as well.  Between those three fields we can match all the students in a mail merge and get their pairing codes sent out.
