[SpeedGrader] Grade Posting: Make the eye icon clickable

To reduce the number of clicks to post grades for assignments utilizing a manual posting policy, make the eye icon above the assignment in the gradebook clickable.

This would streamline the current workflow which requires the user to click the stacked dots, look through the list of options, and select to post grades.

I have a different, but related, feature request (https://community.canvaslms.com/ideas/15169-change-functionality-of-eye-icon-in-speedgrader) for how clicking the Eye icon in SpeedGrader (and I'd argue the clickable Eye in Grades) should function so that one click 'mutes' all and another click 'unmutes' all. Faculty could still use the drop-down menu items for the fine detail functionality.

I  have a related Idea, which uses the clickable eye icon to toggle visibility states, with the more granular options collected under More Options.

I would suggest that if the eye icon is clickable that would be the perfect place to access menu options for both the manual/automatic grade posting and also hide/post grades.  Otherwise the eye alone might lead graders to believe future grades were muted when in fact only current grades are hidden.  If you agree you might like https://community.canvaslms.com/ideas/15498-co-locate-controls-to-hidepost-existing-grades-and-manua...

The one-click "hidden" feature is so much more user-friendly and time-efficient. Thanks!
