When I use a rubric to grade in SpeedGrader that has more than 2 or 3 columns, I have to scroll down and over to the right to find the cancel and submit buttons. If the format were changed to make the Cancel and Submit Assessment buttons Left Justified instead of Right then, regardless of the size of the rubric, those buttons would always be in the same location on the screen - straight down from the View Rubric button.
