[Studio] Quiz Question Order Settings

Problem statement:

Students need to answer all questions and in sequential order before submitting the Canvas Studio quiz.,

Proposed solution:

This issue could easily be resolved by simply putting two options in the quiz settings: one for "require student to answer all questions" and one for "require student to answer questions sequentially." By creating two separate settings, it meets the needs of teachers who may want both OR just one of those options. Providing these setting options provides a more accurate picture of student learning and complete learner analytics. Thank you!
