Hi!
I keep getting an error on the Canvas Teacher app that says there are no valid submissions to mark (even though there are MANY submissions to mark.
If I open them on the website, I can mark them and annotate them but I cannot on the app version.

Unfortunately, without the ability to see what you are seeing from Canvas on the web and Canvas in the Teacher app, I do not believe there is anything we can recommend.

I have the same issue with the app since the newest update. Attached is a picture. I can still grade using my computer or if I go into the individual courses on the app, but I canāt grade from the To Do List. It says there are no submissions when there actually is multiple submissions.

Unforunately, this is not something that people in the Canvas Community will be able to help you with. You will need to either contact your school's Canvas team or, if it is available, Canvas Support directly.
The options that you can use should be found within the "Help" area on the left-side global navigation area, as described in the How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community - 389767 support article.

Hi!
Having the same issue again - it worked for about a month. I have contacted my Canvas team and I am the Canvas support at work (which is why I posted here just in case more people have experienced it).
I have updated it - when I am on my iPad on Chrome I can mark fine but the app shows I have 10 needing marking but then I click it and it does the same thing.
I have uninstalled and resigned in - same thing.
