AWS Restart Lab when started says "account is still in cleanup"

In AWS restart program I was performing lab and as per lab instructions the lab has to be end using the end lab button. I performed the lab and clicked the "end lab" button and then I clicked the submit button and it said the lab needs to be started to submit. I was amazed because such instruction should of submitting before ending the lab should be the part of instructions of lab. Anyhow when I clicked the start lab button again it said "account is still in cleanup". I waited so long but it is still showing me the same message. What should I do now.

Hi @TahirMahmood and @EdsonSousa3711,

AWS Lab would be a 3rd party integration to Canvas, so members of the Instructure Community here probably won't be able to help much with this.  I would advise that both of you report your issues to your teacher, as they likely have some control over the integration, or will know the system administrator at your school/institution to get in contact with.
