Adding a custom navigation item titled 'Labs' within the course navigation item list.

I would like to add a custom navigation item labeled Eg : 'Labs' to the Course Navigation menu. Please provide guidance on how to accomplish this within the Enterprise edition of Canvas. I will also upload a sample image illustrating where I intend to implement this customization. Thank you for your assistance.

Additions to the course navigation are usually accomplished by adding an app at the course or account level.

What speficially is this new "Labs" navigation item supposed to go to?

I'd like to explore whether we can achieve it, without incorporating new integrations or adding additional apps at the course level, opting for alternative customization approaches instead.

There is not an option to add new navigation items to the course menu without either using installing an app such as the "Redirect" app (which adds a course navigation item that points to a specific URL), or possibly to use JavaScript in the theme.
